What is 2dot47?Bhagavad Gita — Chapter 2, Verse 47कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि॥
You have the right to perform your duties,
never to the fruits of your actions.
We believe in focusing on the work we control.
Great design is not driven by outcomes,
but by the discipline of doing the work right.

Why do SaaS founders still struggle to find the right design partner?

Growing products need more than polished screens — they need product thinking, fast collaboration, and designers who understand the pressure of shipping continuously.

That gap is exactly where 2dot47 operates.

01DEEP SAAS PRODUCT THINKING

We speak activation rates, onboarding drop-off, and design systems. Not just pixels. We understand the metrics your design decisions are accountable to.

02DIRECT COLLABORATION

You work directly with the designer doing the work. No account managers. No communication layers. Faster decisions and better product alignment.

03BUILT FOR STARTUP SPEED

We adapt to your sprint cycles, changing priorities, and evolving product requirements — without slowing teams down.

Your product works. It just doesn't feel like it should.

Your product has grown in layers. Each feature made sense when you added it. Together, they've created a maze of friction and quiet cognitive overload.

Understand what's breaking the experience before it impacts growth.

We currently only work with SaaS

Most design partners work across every industry. We chose to go deep into one.

  • If you need marketing websites, banners, or quick visual assets — we are probably not the right fit.
  • If design is treated only as aesthetics instead of product experience — we will likely think differently.
  • If you expect instant redesigns without product context, research, or collaboration — we are not built for that.
  • If your product does not require UX thinking, onboarding improvements, or scalable systems — you likely do not need us.
  • If you are building and growing a SaaS product that needs thoughtful UX, product clarity, and collaborative design thinking — that's exactly where we fit best.

Your SaaS Product Got Harder to Use as It Grew. That's Not an Accident.

Every feature your team added made sense when you added it. Together, they created something your earliest users no longer recognise and your newest users cannot navigate. This is how SaaS products become their own worst enemy — and how to stop it.

What AI Can't Do (And What We Do Instead)

AI can design anything. That's precisely the problem. When a tool can produce every possible interface, it has no reason to produce the right one. Here's what separates designed-for-AI-speed from designed-for-your-product.

AI Made Design Faster. It Didn't Make It Better.

Speed is no longer the bottleneck in design. AI can generate interfaces in seconds. What it cannot do is tell you which interface is right for your specific product, your specific users, at this specific stage of growth. That's judgment. And judgment is now the entire game.

FAQ

Every SaaS product is different. If your question is not here, let's talk.

What kind of SaaS products do you work with?

B2B and B2C SaaS — productivity tools, ops software, internal platforms, developer tools, fintech, and health tech. If real users rely on it regularly, we're a fit.

How quickly can we get started?

Usually within a week of our first call. A short scoping process aligns us on goals before we start.

Who will actually be doing the work?

You'll start by talking directly with our founders and co-founders to define the scope and goals of the project. From there, you work hands-on with senior designers who bring prior SaaS product experience — everyone you deal with is a designer, not an account manager.

Do you work in our tools — Figma, Slack, Notion?

Yes. Figma for design, Slack or a shared workspace for communication. We adapt to how your team already operates.

What if we just need one small thing done?

That's fine — a focused Starter Sprint covers short, well-defined work. If it's truly small, let's talk and scope it.

What does the Starter Sprint include?

A short, fixed-scope engagement: a focused audit or a specific flow/feature designed end-to-end, with a clear deliverable and timeline.

Can we start small and scale up?

Yes. Many ongoing partnerships started as a single audit or a two-week sprint, then grew from there.

What happens after the project ends?

You own everything — Figma files, design system, documentation. Many clients keep us on a retainer for continued design support.

Have you worked in our industry before?

Quite likely — we focus exclusively on SaaS across many verticals. Even when the domain is new, the product-UX patterns rarely are.
